PPS Hub · Customer Portal + Driver App

The plant is the source of truth. The Hub is its customer-facing face.

Your customers review and sign price lists and cut sheets, place orders from their own catalog, and get their deliveries confirmed — while your drivers work every stop, even with no signal. All of it flowing back to the plant.

How It Fits

One picture before the tour

Your PPS Core install on-site owns orders, pricing, cut sheets, and routes. It pushes the customer-facing pieces up to the Hub and polls results back down — an outbound-only sync, so nothing on the public internet can reach into the plant.

On-Site · Source of Truth

  • PPS Core owns orders & pricing

  • Routes & driver territories
  • Pushes content up · polls results down

Customers & Drivers

  • Customers on any device
  • Drivers on their own phones
  • Signatures, photos, GPS flow back
  • Everything lands at the plant
Isolated by design.

Every processor is a tenant, fully isolated: a customer, driver, or document from one plant is never visible to another — enforced by the system, not by convention.

For Your Customers

Review. Sign. Order. In one calm place.

Customers sign in on any device to see exactly what needs them — and nothing else. Price lists in violet, cut sheets in amber, quotes in blue. Never more than one thing to do per item.

01 / Setup

The first two minutes

A new customer gets an invite with a secure one-time link, chooses their own password, and they're in. Nothing to install, no account to create manually.

02 / Dashboard

Everything that needs them, up top

A greeting, a count of what's waiting, and a Needs your attention band that pulls anything requiring a signature to the top with a one-tap Review & Sign. The whole card is the button.

03 / Sign-Off

Sign in the Hub — or straight from email

The account admin opens the price list, sees every line and its effective dates, types their name, and signs. Prefer not to log in? The email link opens a self-contained, branded sign-off page. Same result, no account needed.

04 / Ordering

Their catalog, their prices

Each customer sees their own products and their own prices. Per-line limits show inline ("min 2 / max 40 case"), quote-only items say Contact for price, and quantities are picked in the unit you set — no unit confusion.

05 / Control

A request — not an auto-order

The order arrives at your plant for review, and prices are snapshotted server-side from your catalog — a customer can never change what they'll be charged.

06 / Closure

Confirmation & delivery receipt

Once the plant accepts, the customer gets an order confirmation — and after the stop is done, a delivery receipt carrying the signed proof-of-delivery: the signature at the door, plus time and place.

For Your Drivers

Every stop, every territory — even with no signal

Loading docks and walk-in coolers don't have bars. The Hub is built for that.

01 / Install

Installs like a real app

Drivers are provisioned by the plant with a secure setup link or QR code, then add the Hub to their home screen. It opens full-screen, like any native app — on their own phone.

02 / The Day Sheet

Today's stops, in order

Each stop shows the customer, order number, and address. The plant controls routes and territories — each driver sees exactly their stops and nothing else.

03 / Stop Detail

Tap for everything

Contact, delivery notes ("Ring bell at loading dock"), and the itemized load — plus a Navigate button that opens the phone's maps app straight to the door.

04 / Proof

Signature, name, photo, GPS

The customer signs on the glass, the driver types who signed, snaps an optional photo, and location is captured automatically. One tap to confirm — and the signed proof flows back to the plant, receipt attached.

05 / Offline

Offline, and honest about it

With no signal, the app still opens to the day sheet from its own cache. A banner says they're offline, and a strip counts what's queued: "2 deliveries will sync when you're back online."

06 / Never Lost

A signature is never lost

Confirmations made offline are saved on the phone — and the moment it finds a network, they sync on their own, even if the app is closed and back in the driver's pocket. Nothing to remember, nothing to re-do.

The Through-Line

A price they signed. An order they placed. A delivery they signed for.

All tied together — and all yours to see on the plant side, attached to the order where it belongs.
